RE: SAVA NEWSLETTER NOVEMBER 2020 – PVC MATERIAL RESEARCH
IPC are proud to confirm that our factory is completely “GREEN” in terms of ALL raw materials used in manufacturing our PVC compounds. This is implemented across all our products and all sectors that we service including gumboots, gaskets, floor tiles, pipe fittings etc.
We, as dedicated members of SAVA, have been following all product stewardship commitments (PSC) prior to becoming official members of the association.
- Lead-free stabilisers & additives are used in all our PVC Compounds
- All our PVC Compounds are Bisphenol A free
- NO USE of short-chain chlorinated paraffin in the manufacturing of our PVC Compounds
- Cadmium-free stabilisers & additives are used in all our PVC Compounds
- Hexavalent Chromium free additives and pigments used in all our PVC Compounds
- NO USE of DOP and DEHP across all our PVC compounds
