The Innovative Pvc Compounds team are committed to embracing sustainable business practices and constantly evolving into a “greener” version of itself. As a manufacturing company, it is our environmental responsibility to ensure that our material is safe for consumer use once it gets processed into end products such as footwear, gaskets, interlocking floor tiles and even cling film!
Sustainability
We take it upon ourselves to find out the origin and details of the raw materials that we use and its effects on our employees who work with the product, the customer that creates products from our compounds and onto the end user that uses the PVC product in their daily lives. It is of vital importance to ensure our raw materials are safe and compliant with various environmental standards to protect our people and our environments. The procurement team are constantly following environmentally conscious trends and being informed of new products that could be alternative sources of raw materials with lower environmental consequences.
We are willing to make long-term commitments to ensure the sustainability of the industry and the business for ourselves and future generations to come. Our company thrives by its ability to constantly innovate and find ways to improve how we provide for the present day needs without compromising the needs of future generations. We aim to reduce our carbon footprint as a company and minimize wasteful practises one action at a time.

IPC is a proud member of the Southern African Vinyl’s Association (SAVA). Our CEO, Mubeen Siddiqi, sits on the Board of SAVA and is deeply committed to ensuring sustainability of the PVC compounds industry within Southern Africa and abroad.
All IPC products are also REACH and RoHS compliant.

The team at IPC work towards constantly creating healthy and stimulating work environments that would encourage employee engagement, wellness, and development. Over and above this, IPC work towards cultivating trust in our employees, surrounding communities and customers.
